Dear Maxis,

I would like to change my bill to e- billing. Can you please change for me or guide me to complete the process. My account number is 1400612527. Thank you very much.

Hi sunshine,

You may follow below steps to register for e-billing:

1) To begin, please visit our website at www.maxis.com.my > Select the icon "Register"



2)Enter your mobile number to get a new PIN via SMS



3)You will need to login with your username (Maxis Mobile number) and the password (PIN number which you received via SMS)



4)Welcome to My Maxis Account window will then appear

5)Complete the required user details and click on Next

6)Create your new PIN and click on Next

After registration,

7) Under Manage Bills, Click on View/Pay My Bills

(Maxis Bill Presentment window will then appear)

8) Click on Bill Delivery Options

9) Check on Account no

10)Check on Send my bill via e-mail

11)Check on ‚?~Don‚?Tt send my Bill via post

12)Check on "I have read this Notice"

13)Click on Submit and confirm the transaction.

Note:
1. Maxis Online ‚?" Customer Service website uses pop-ups. You may want to enable pop-ups for this site if you are using a pop-up blocker.

2. Maxis Online ‚?" Customer Service and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System at 123 shares the same PIN.

Please revert to us should you have difficulties to register your account for Maxis Online ‚?" Customer Service. We would be glad to assist you with the registration.

dear maxis ,

i would like to register for e-billing, but how come after i enter the mobile number to get a PIN via SMS, i never receive any message from maxis, why i cant get the pin?

after i type mobile num and click enter , there only show this "You are already registered. Please click here to reset your PIN."
but i din't receive anything.

Hi tracyhooi,

Please note that the Maxis Online Account pin number may only be forwarded to the principal or main mobile number. If you are a supplementary user, do check with the principal user for the PIN SMS. Should you need to reset your PIN, it may be sent to your registered E-mail address.

Do let us know if you need any further clarification. Alternatively, you may also provide us with the 20 Digit SIM card number which can be found on your SIM card for checking. For eg: 89600 XXXXXXXXXXXXX X (X).

Dear Maxis user,

I am here regarding itemized billing. I subscribed to e billing. For the past few months the ebilling did list out all the details of my usage. However, for this month, Dec 14 - Jan 14 usage, the billing did not show any. I have called to maxis operator and she said Maxis will resend another billing for me. Till now none action has taken.

Please send me a copy of my billing stating all my details of usage. The attachment billing Maxis sent me is named after SU20130116124312X13.502493254~1525610216.
My account number is 1525610216.
The reference number of that bill is 322176034.

Your effort in helping me will be much appreciated. Thanks again.

Hai, Can U UNSUBCIRED all my subcired from 36911. i always send STOP to 36911 but this company always reject my Unsubcired Massage and always cut RM3 every week.. Please UNSUBCIRED.this my num 0177486059

Hi Maxis helper,

Thank you for your swift response on my requirements. This helps a lot.

Can you guys send the breakdown of the usage bill to me starting from now? I want the detailed breakdown instead of just the breakdown of the calling. I wish to know the details of my usage. Hopefully I will no need to go through all these processes to get my breakdown bill again.

Secondly, I've paid my Jan bill through CIMBclicks on the last week. Until now my bill still not yet been refreshed. Can you please kindly look into this case? Cos my supp line user also facing same problem this month and ended up being barred by Maxis for few days although she did pay. Most probably she will port out from Maxis due to frustration. I believe I do not need to tell you my acc number anymore. However, if you need it please let me know here.
