you try to contact me really?seriously there is no missed call or anything at my phone....you should can call me anytime as im expecting to solve this problem immediately...i really appreciate for your reply....try to contact trough my mobile number and not the skmm number...and about the package of 700mb 30days pass,if you maxis have made any changes about that package,shouldnt us customer been informed first...if the pass has change to only 700mb and after zero quota,i cant surf anymore,wasnt that just steep price for a pass?

Maxis pandai bagi janji manis. Operator cakap masalah selesai lepas 3 hari buat laporan. Sekarang dah seminggu. Masih tak selesai. Dah15 hari tak boleh guna. Rugi la macam ni. Lol

kalu msk pon akan keluar error nih

I'm having the same problem too, stuck at the portal page, asking me to change my apn to bbnet, using bbnet since day 1.

hi, want ask something, my skmm sim card seems to be inactive, i put the sim card in modem and plug into my laptop, but no signal bar there, modem still blinking green light, what does it mean? can you help me?
