Hello.. I had buy a WBB 10D 2G last nigth and it already deducted RM25.00 from my credit... but it remained inactived untill now.. then I got message from 28222 tell me that I had insufficient balance and need to top up... what the hell is this..?? U already rob my credit then told that I had Insufficient balance..??

I had this Netbook Starter pack in September... subscribed the broadband for 1 month and then stop using it.

Last week 1 top up RM5 but when I was unable to make call or send sms. Yesterday night I top up another RM10 thinking that RM5 might not be enough but still the same problem.

Can you check the line and advise on how to reactivate this SIM to enable call and SMS?

hi there, i have purchased for the WBB 30D 4GB monthly prepaid hotlink broadband on 15th December 2012 and has working well before. But suddenly today on 27th i cant surf the internet as the status for the pass shows inactive. The remaining data still shows it has 2.8GB and will expiry on 14th January 2013. So what is happen here?

so i decided to unplug the broadband and shut down my pc for almost 12 hour but it still
improgress..please do something about this...
