Hi,

about 6 August i purchase 30 days 700MB plan....the next day i open http://www.hotlink.com.my/web/portal/broadband check subscription leaving quota....but the quota ady bcome 0MB and the status until now is still inactive...but the plan is expired on 5 sept

can you check for me coz i call to hotline....system reply me service got interrupt so can't speak to operator maxis

i also had the same problems, my skmm broadband status currently innactive even though it should expired on 9/8/2012... i just started using this on 9/8/2012.... this problem occured after the limit is reached 0..... please help.... urgent....

kenapa xde respond lagi ni??
complaint yg baru boleh pulak jawap.
very dissapointed betul la dgn korang.
sakit hati sangat aku buang je simcard ni nanti

Hi,

I am having the same problem here. I had top up my broadband on 4 Aug and it should be expired next month 3 Sept. However, the status show inactive since 9 Aug.

Here are my info:

yea same wit meh.. i did purchase for 30 day before but its suddenly inactive after quota reached 0. wats this suppose to mean? if like that maxis shudnt provide the expired date but just provide the quota. and u kno 30 days for 700mb. dafuq? 700mb is nothin. plss do something, do fix it.
