bagaimana jika saya hendak daftar nombor maxis broadband saya kepada skmm broadband..? tolong saya?

Hi lxwong,

May I know if you are using the Prepaid Broadband on a phone or on the normal broadband usb modem? From our records your WBB 30day 700mb has been charged and it is active. However, if you did not change your phone profile to bbnet, then it will be charged pay-per-use. Kindly do respond back for our assistance. Thank you.

Kindly provide us with a 20 digit sim card number in order for us to assist you further. The Sim card number you have provide was not sufficeint for us to locate you Broadband account.

I want to use it as the normal broadband usb modem. The APN is bbnet but I cant get a data connection and so cannot get onto the internet. Please help.

update: oh its working now. Thank you very much for your intervention and getting it working again. Much appreciated.

Just need to ask, if I have sufficient credit on the sim card, can I put it into my mobile phone to make voice calls and does that mean I cannot use it to surf on my mobile phone?

And what happened to the RM10 topup that instantly vanished? Since I could not get a data connection how could I have used up the RM10 topup when I was unable to make a single voicecall?

"Admin please look into this problem urgently.

Already 72 hour still cannot connect to internet. Quota already there but no status available.

Pass : wbb 5 days 500mb

Hi lxwong,

Our prepaid broadband SIM card does support calls and SMS. With the correct settings, you can still browse the internet. However, do note that you will not be able to send or receive MMS with the bbnet settings.

You can check the deduction of your balance via e-statement at our Hotlink website. Please revert back to us should you require further assistance.

i think i have the same problem as others. i cant connect using my usb modem. my sim card is a prepaid broadband internet which i bought during an event with MCMC (SKMM).

Please assist, details are as follows;
