Hi Maxis,

Could you direct me to the site where I can find the detailed bill statement online to find out why my bill skyrocketed for the last 3 month.

I would like to know detailed charges of each call being made, and any data usage since I can't find it anywhere in Maxis online account. I'm very sure I didn't even call much for the last 2 month, and didn't use mobile internet at all.

Its very frustrating since I can't even know how much I was billed for each call online and it gives a feeling Maxis trying to hide hidden charges. All I could see is how to pay TOTAL bill.

Did you subscribe to itemized billing previously? if yes then you can view the list of calls that you have made by downloading the bill statement in your online account. just go to manage bill> view/pay bill> select your account number> recent bills> then select the month> download it.

I'm not sure but most probably not, since I just took this number back returning from overseas study.

Amount deducted from available Talktime -30.00 -30.00
Service Tax 6%
Monthly Charges and Value Added Services 1.80
Usage Charges 2.50 4.30
Total Line Charges 75.86


That's all the info I could get from the bill. I would like to know where those "usage charges" comes from.
