Balance was reduced from about 90 to 0.4 unexpectedly at 4/1/2013 moning.
I have subscribed monthly mobile internet plan 3GB every month.
Start date is 4/1/2012, end date is 4/1/2013.
Renewal date is 5/1/2013.

I checked E statement. It shows reducing balance from 4/1/2013 am 0:00.
The time is in monthly mobile internet plan valid date!!
This is system trouble!!

Pursuant to our telephone conversation , your credit has been deducted due to there was no active pass on the 04th Jan 2013. Rest assured , your pass has been activated on the 5th jan 2013 , therefore you should not be experiencing any deduction of credit. Should there be any other clarifications do not hesitate to contact us.

Although my current internet usage is 200MB, balance was deducted to 0 unexpectedly today!! I purchased 3GB internet.
I noticed that server maintenance was executed today.
It is system trouble again!!

Return my balance and internet data!!

Hello there Maxis!

I have been subscribing to the weekly internet pass 100 MB @ RM8.00 for quite some time. This morning there was an SMS indicated that i already used up all my data (100 MB) but when i check status, it shows i had used up 60.6 MB. In order to confirm the SMS, i tried to surf Facebook and my credit got deducted RM0.75. May i know what the heck is going on? It seems like not only me facing this service disruption. Please response the soonest

Kredit saya telah ditolak sebanyak RM4 walaupun saya telah melanggan Pas Mobile Internet 1 Day 50MB.Saya telah melanggan perkhidmatan ini pada 12/5/2013 jam 00:25 dan sepatutnya akan tamat pada 13/5/2013 jam 00:25.Ketika 13/5/2013 jam 00:00,pihak maxis telah menghantar mesej bahawa saya tidak melanggan sebarang Pas Mobile Internet pada ketika itu.Apabila saya melihat baki kredit saya,baki kredit saya telah berkurang daripada RM6 menjadi RM2.Tiada pula sebarang pemberitahuan tentang kehabisan kuota yang telah dilanggan seperti yang selalu dilakukan oleh pihak maxis.harap diberi perhatian oleh pihak yang terlibat.maxis mungkin akan kehilangan penggunanya jika masalah seperti ini berterusan.

I have the same problem too! Why after I top up n purchase an Internet pass but I still got a message says I didn't sign any plan? I did check my internet usage which i only used 35MB and balance left 65MB! And then my balance deducted from 8 to 0! Please give me an explanation!
