Please help me..

saya dah subcribe BIS, dan hampir 5 jam saya tunggu baru dapat access internet.
tapi hari ni, tak boleh access semua application pulak. BBM, App World, FB.. tapi lambang BB still ada. apa dah jadi ni?? Orang lain ok je boleh BBM segala. Dah cuba on off data service, tapi still tak boleh guna.

How to overcome this problem ???!!!!

Adakah isu ini masih berlaku selepas anda melakukan 'hard reset'/ Host Routng Table pada Blackberry anda?Sila ikut langkah-langkah berikut:

Main Menu > Options > Advance Option > Host Routing Table > Pilih list yang digelapkan > Tekan Menu Button > Pilih Register Now > Anda akan menerima sms setelah pendaftaran berjaya.

hey there,

i just want to know is there any upgrading on pasir gudang?
coz i only got GMS line, and somtimes GPRS. and with GPRS i able to BBM, Tweet and FB.. but so F*cking slow... n there no bb logo... dafuq?

kindly advice if this happens only at one location or at multiple locations. Have you also tried the Host Routing Table on your mobile as well?


Kindly follow the below given steps

Menu > options > Advance Options > Host Routing Table > Select Highlighted Option > Menu Button > Select Register Now > You will receive a conformation message.


After doing the above steps, kindly restart your mobile. Do revert should you require further assistance.

yup multiple location. i'm using wifi then smooth line.. without it bbm, fb n twitter can't use coz GMS line. arrrgggghhhhhh

Hi ada masalah dengan BIS saya.
Saya tak tahu kenapa sudah seminggu BIS saya tak stable. Kadangkala network saya cepat kadangkala slow sangat hingga 1 whatsapp message pun kena tunggu 10 minit. Tolong bantu saya selesaikan masalah ini.

Kindly be informed, upon checking no issue detected for your BIS plan. Did you try to perform hard reset from your device to troubleshoot the issue. If not, please perform the process first and revert back if issue persist.
