Hi,

Could you help me on my bill?. I just switch to Digi. So in the process of switching, I have use excess internet from pro rate data value. I had received the message from maxis saying I had excess usage of internet about 65.8MB and the excess usage will be charged at RM0.30/MB. Total of charges would be 65.8MB x RM0.30/MB = RM19.74.

But when i receive a bill, the charges is RM 59.When I do a calculation, I was shock. It's say I had excess about 196MB. Totally different from what I was expected. Could you help me on this matter?
